A learner is active in any month they start a live session. Months they don’t train cost nothing, and managers using the dashboard are always free. Each learner gets up to 300 live minutes a month; anyone who goes past simply carries the rest into the next month, billed as one more active month. No per-minute charges, ever. Monthly minimum: 30% of enrolled learners or 25, whichever is higher. No platform fee. You never pay more than the next size up.

A 90-day pilot for $12,500: setup plus up to 50 people, your program tailored with you, and your own dashboard. The full fee is credited to your first year.
